Power, water and drainage first
Power for the lighting, water and electricity for an outdoor kitchen and the fall for drainage run beneath the surface. They are planned before the paving or decking is laid, when they can still be placed correctly.
The outdoor space is therefore planned together with the interior, and its works are sequenced with the rest of the project.
