DanMarc's offering falls into five distinct categories, each with different terms that apply to it (see our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy for how returns work for each):

• In-stock standard products, where offered — ready-made items held or immediately sourceable, sold as-is.

• Made-to-order products — items with standard specifications that, once your order is confirmed, are manufactured, sourced, and/or imported by DanMarc or its partner suppliers to the agreed specifications and timeframe.

• Individually customized products — items manufactured or sourced specifically for your order, to dimensions, materials, or colors you approve.

• Interior-design services — design consultation, planning, and visualization work.

• Implementation/procurement services — on-site supervision, sourcing, and coordination with contractors and manufacturers on your behalf.

An order is placed by completing checkout and accepting these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy — and, for made-to-order, imported-to-order or customized items, the terms for products ordered to order as well. A contract is formed once your order is confirmed and, where an advance payment is required, that advance has been received.

For interior-design and implementation services, engagement terms (scope, fee, and schedule) are agreed separately and in writing before work begins; these Terms apply to that engagement in addition to whatever is agreed in writing.

All prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD). What is payable, and when, is decided by each item in your order, not by the order as a whole. Items sold from stock are paid in full when the order is confirmed. Made-to-order and imported-to-order items are paid in two parts: an advance — currently 50% of the item's price, and always shown at checkout before you place the order — is due to confirm the order, and the remaining balance is due by the date shown in your order confirmation, before the item is delivered. An order that combines both kinds is settled item by item — the in-stock items in full and the ordered items by advance — so the amount due now is the sum checkout shows, not a flat share of the order.

We accept the payment methods shown as available for your order at the time of purchase. If no payment option is shown for your order, a manager will agree the payment arrangements with you after your order is confirmed. Where an online payment method is offered, it is processed entirely by the payment provider — we never see or store your full card number or CVV.

Where we can price delivery to your address, checkout shows the available delivery methods and their cost before you place your order, and the method you choose is part of your order total. Where we cannot — a country we arrange individually, an item that has to move as freight, or an address no option covers — checkout says so, and a DanMarc manager confirms the delivery cost with you separately after your order is placed. Either way, you are told the cost before you pay it.

An order that combines in-stock items with made-to-order or imported-to-order items is delivered the way you choose at checkout: either in two shipments — the in-stock items now and the ordered items when they are ready — or as one shipment once everything is ready. Each shipment carries its own delivery charge, together with any assembly or other service ordered with it, and both charges are shown at checkout before you place the order — or, where we cannot price one, confirmed with you separately before you pay it. The charge for the first shipment is payable with the order; the charge for a later shipment, or for a single shipment that waits for ordered items, is payable with the remaining balance, before that shipment goes out.

Production and lead-time estimates shown at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may change due to material availability or manufacturing conditions. We will keep you informed of material changes to an estimated timeline.

You're responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and (where relevant) measurement information, and for reviewing and approving specifications for made-to-order or customized items before production or procurement begins — approved specifications become part of your order and are recorded as such.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Armenian law, including liability for defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods. Outside of that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current version. An order already placed remains governed by the version of these Terms you accepted at checkout, which is recorded against your order.
