Grant

Grant is a Bensen sofa based on the Edward model, made in three lengths — Grant 175, 210 and 245 — with two, three or four back cushions included respectively. A seat cushion of multi-density foam is paired with soft back cushions filled with down and feather. The steel frame is fitted with elastic webbing suspension, CNC-cut foam shapes the arms and back, and the sofa stands on metal legs in a Bronzato finish. All three lengths are 90 cm deep and 66 cm high, with a 42 cm seat height, and the cover is removable. It is upholstered in Bensen fabric or leather; the exact material and colour are chosen with each order. Most of the images show Grant 245.

Care

The cover is removable. Fabric: the usual method is dry cleaning at the lowest possible temperature (mild solvents only — no trichloroethylene or oxidising agents); smooth creases with an iron on the lowest setting or with a steamer once the cover is back on, and use a professional upholstery cleaning service for more thorough cleaning. Leather: keep 20–30 cm from radiators and out of direct sunlight, vacuum regularly with a soft brush, dampen water-soluble marks and dry them with a paper towel, and use only water-based leather care products — never solvents; for stains that will not come out, ask a professional upholstery cleaner.
